Lemon flavour aromatic herb that is used for culinary and medicinal purposes.
Companion plants: Melon, Chamomile, Lemon Verbena, Oregano, Bee Balm, Tomato, Alliums, Summer Savory, Sunflower.
Far from: Lavender, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme.
Planting tip: Seed stratification is required for 2 weeks. Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. It can be direct sown outside when all danger of frost has passed.
Harvesting tip: Must be handled gently as leave bruise easily or turn black. Harvest mid to late afternoon, after morning dew has dried off for strongest oil content.
Storage tip: Store in plastic bag for up to 3-4 days
