Paper-like blooms of lavender, rose, purple, and white colour. Often used in bouquets. Flower farmers love statice for many reasons also because it retains its colour after drying.
Planting tip: Sow seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Need good amount of light when seedlings emerge.
Harvesting tip: Harvest when the individual flowers are mostly open and showing color. Hang to dry.
