About the Prince of Orange Philodendron
Philodendron Prince of Orange has an amazing glossy bright orange leaf. As they mature, these leaves slowly transform in to a deep green, resulting in a riot of colours from multiple shades of salmon, orange and finally to a medium light green.
Light: Moderate to low indirect light
Water: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering. After watering, make sure the plant drains fully. Do not allow the plant to sit in water for more than an hour as this will cause root rot.
Your Prince of Orange will also benefit from the occasional misting.
Difficulty: Easy
Feed: Apply half strength of general-purpose fertilizer once a month at most during the growing season.
Air Purifying: Yes, known to remove formaldehyde from the air.
