About the Ripple Peperomia Bring beautiful texture to your plant collection with Ripple Peperomia, a pet-friendly indoor plant with deeply rippled, rounded leaves and delicate stems. Silvery-grey foliage gives it a striking appearance, with sculptural leaves that invite a closer look. Peperomias naturally grow in the rainforest understory and adapt exceptionally well to indoor growing. This slow-growing plant has moderate care needs and adds a distinctive leafy accent to a bright spot in your home. This listing is for an assorted 4-inch Ripple Peperomia. Foliage colour and appearance may vary from the plant pictured. Plant care Light: Bright to medium indirect light. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. Lower light is tolerated but can result in smaller leaves and leggier growth. Water: Allow the top couple of inches of soil to dry out between waterings, then water thoroughly and let the plant drain fully. Do not leave it sitting in water for more than an hour, as this can cause root rot. Difficulty: Moderate. Air purifying: Known to remove formaldehyde from the air. Toxicity: Non-toxic and pet-friendly. Growth rate: Slow growing. Origin: Tropical South America. Product may vary slightly from the image displayed.
