About the Peperomia Ripple
Silvery Grey foliage with delicate stems and a dramatic round leaf shape. Peperomia are tropical plants that grow naturally in the rainforest understory, and adapt exceptionally well to indoor growing.
Light: Bright to medium indirect light. They should not be exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight as their leaves are prone to burning. While they can survive in lower light conditions, their leaves will be smaller and the growth will be more leggy.
Water: Allow the top couple inches of soil to dry out between watering and then water thoroughly. After watering, make sure the plant drains fully. Do not allow the plant to sit in water for more than an hour as this will cause root rot.
Difficulty: Moderate
Air Purifying: Yes, known to remove formaldehyde from the air.
Toxicity: Non-toxic, pet-friendly.
Growth Rate: Slow growing.
Origin: Tropical South America
